30 Day “Build Your Dream Body Challenge” FAQ
When?
I host challenges each month. The duration is 30 days. (Those who purchase challenge packs are eligible for 90 days)
Where?
In your home and in our online support group.
Who?
My challenge groups are open to everyone who ready and willing to work – no matter how large or small your fitness goals are.
What?
Fitness + Nutrition + Support + Accountability = SUCCESS.
This basically sums it all up.
Why?
Because it works. If you want to make a change to live a healthier lifestyle, this small group will give you the jump start you need and you can continue to join challenges if you would like ongoing support in a small group setting.

Since I began hosting monthly challenges in January 2012, my participants are averaging a loss of 4% body fat in just 30 days.
It is not uncommon to see losses exceeding 6% body fat! It goes to show that a LOT can change in a month when you put the effort in to make a real change.
