Ingredients you need:

  • Eight boneless, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more if needed
  • One tablespoon seasoned salt, such as Lawry’s
  • One teaspoon paprika
  • One teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • One teaspoon ground dried thyme

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN WAFFLES

For the fried chicken:
