Puberty is the time when your body undergoes the most changes. The growth during this stage is much rapid, which means if you see a boy of 13 after four years, you will feel that he has changed quite a lot.
Even though this is the most extended period of growth, still the growth rates of every individual are different.
This period may begin and end at different times for different people.
Mostly puberty lasts for 2-5 years. Therefore it is hard to tell when these rapid changes will come to an end.

In Countries like the USA, the average height of a 12-year-old boy is 149.1 cm (considering the average weight around 39.9 kg). On the other hand, countries in the east region such as in India, the average height of a 12-year-old boy is 147.0 cm (considering the average weight of around 32.2 kg).
Similarly, if we talk about a boy of, then in the USA the average height of a 14-year-old would be 163.8 cm, whereas in India the average height of a 14-year-old boy is 160.0 cm, considering the average weight to be 50.8 kg and 47.0 kg respectively.

It is advised that the boys should undertake exercise on a regular basis along with proper food. Because a balanced diet helps in proper bone growth and development.
